This document establishes a general framework for constructing universal object attributes and structures for patient medical data cards, and specifies the basic structure of the data. The structure does not specify or require a specific dataset to be stored on the device. This document applies to patient health card data stored in physical ID-1 cards conforming to the physical dimensions defined in GB/T 14916. This can be transmitted via the patient's health card or online. The detailed functions and mechanisms of the following services are not within the scope of this document (even if their structure can accommodate appropriate data specified elsewhere). object).
