GB/T 42105-2022 is the English-translated version of 水泥和煤炭行业能源管理绩效评价指南.
GB/T 42105-2022 is guidance for assessing how well cement and coal companies manage their energy.
It covers the general principles of such an assessment, what the assessment has to look at and the assessment report, and names the enterprises it is for: general portland cement producers, underground coal mines, surface coal mines and coal preparation plants.
Its clause 4 directs that the assessment principles of 4.1 of GB/T 39775-2021 be followed, and sets out the basis for the assessment industry by industry.
Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 39775-2021 and GB/T 23331, the unit-product energy consumption limits GB 16780, GB 29444-2012, GB 29445 and GB 29446, and the metering requirements GB/T 35461 and GB/T 29453. Issued on 30 December 2022, it has applied since 1 April 2023.

1 Scope
This document provides guidance on the general principles, evaluation content and evaluation reports of energy management performance evaluation of cement and coal industry enterprises.
This document is applicable to general portland cement production enterprises, coal underground mining enterprises, coal surface mining enterprises, and coal preparation enterprises Source management performance evaluation.
