1 Scope
This standard specifies the types of coal enterprises with energy per unit of energy measurement, range, energy measurement apparatus equipped with the basic requirements and administration.

3 Terms and Definitions
GB 17167 and defined by the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Coal enterprise energy unit
Coal enterprises with independent legal status of independent accounting firms and has the ability to use energy units.
3.2 Secondary coal enterprises using units
Coal Enterprises under the ground using units of energy accounting unit.
3.3 Coal enterprise energy unit
Underground production process systems using units owned coal enterprises, including. mining, tunneling, belt transport, lighting, auxiliary transportation.
