GB/T 36715-2018 is the English-translated version of 节能评估技术导则 煤炭矿井及选煤厂项目.
GB/T 36715-2018 sets out the Chinese national general principles for the energy conservation assessment of coal mine and coal preparation plant projects.
It specifies what the assessment must contain and the requirements it has to meet, starting with the preparation stage and the definition of the assessment scope, which should match the scope of the investment and cover energy purchase and storage, processing and conversion, and transport.

This standard specifies the content and requirements for energy conservation assessment of coal mines and coal preparation plants.
