Scope
GB/T 41967-2022 is the English-translated version of 各向异性钕铁硼永磁粉.
GB/T 41967-2022 is the Chinese national product standard for anisotropic neodymium iron boron permanent magnet powder. It fixes the classification and grade designations, the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules, and the packaging, marking, transport, storage and accompanying documents.
It applies to anisotropic NdFeB powder made either by the hydrogen absorption - disproportionation - dehydrogenation - recombination (HDDR) route or by crushing hot-pressed and hot-deformed magnets, both of which it defines.
Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 3217 for magnetic testing of permanent magnet materials, GB/T 24270 for the temperature coefficient of magnetic properties, GB/T 40794 for irreversible high-temperature flux loss, GB/T 1479.1 for apparent density by the funnel method and GB/T 1480 for particle size by dry sieving. Issued on 30 December 2022, it has applied since 1 July 2023.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.
1 Scope
This document stipulates the classification and brand name, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation of anisotropic NdFeB permanent magnet powder. Transmission, storage and accompanying documents.
This document is applicable to anisotropic magnets produced by the hydrogen absorption-disproportionation-dehydrogenation-recombination (HDDR) process or the hot-pressing and heat-deformation magnet crushing process. Permanent NdFeB magnet powder.
2 Normative references
The contents of the following documents constitute the essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. 3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 9637 and GB/T 15676 apply to this document.
3.3 The quick-quenched NdFeB magnetic powder is first made into anisotropic NdFeB magnets through hot pressing and thermal deformation processes, and then the prepared anisotropic NdFeB magnets
3.1 Anisotropic NdFeB permanent magnet powder
After being magnetized in a certain direction, the magnetic performance of the magnetization direction is much higher than that of NdFeB permanent magnet powder with magnetic properties in other directions.
Note: See Appendix A for the preparation process and chemical composition ratio of anisotropic NdFeB permanent magnet powder.
3.2 HDDR
The NdFeB alloy explodes into hydrogen powder after absorbing hydrogen. At a certain temperature, the main phase Nd2Fe14B disproportionates and decomposes, followed by forced dehydrogenation.
The process of preparing anisotropic NdFeB permanent magnet powder by recombining the chemical product into a fine-grained Nd2Fe14B phase.
