GB/T 41740-2022 is the English-translated version of 装配式能源站.

GB/T 41740-2022 is the Chinese national standard for the prefabricated energy station, a plant in which all or part of the cold source, heat source, distribution, water supply and pressure holding, water treatment, power distribution and control functions are built in the factory as modules.

It covers the types and model designation, the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the marking, packaging and storage, and applies to stations that supply a cooling source, a heat source and the distribution of chilled and hot media to HVAC systems and to production processes.

An appendix gives the method for evaluating the assembly rate. It cites GB/T 18430.1, GB/T 19409 and GB 25131. Issued on 14 October 2022, it has applied since 1 May 2023.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

1 Scope

This document specifies the type and model, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of prefabricated energy stations.

This document applies to prefabricated systems that provide cooling source, heat source, and cooling and heating medium transmission and distribution functions for HVAC systems and production processes. Energy Station (hereinafter referred to as "Energy Station").

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in JB/T 7249, GB/T 18430.1 and GB 50155 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Energy station

An integrated system or facility that provides cold source, heat source, and cold and heat medium transmission and distribution functions for HVAC systems and production processes.

3.2 Prefabricated energy station

All or part of the functions of cold source, heat source, transmission and distribution, water supply and constant pressure, water treatment, power distribution and control are manufactured in the factory in the form of modules, and are manufactured in the factory.
