Scope
GB/T 41516-2022 is the English-translated version of 机械加工工艺能效优化方法.
GB/T 41516-2022 sets out how to optimise the energy efficiency of a machining process, at process design or process improvement. It covers the general rules for that optimisation, the choice of a feasible process route, the methods for optimising process parameters and the process route, and the review and improvement of the result.
The basic principles are that the method is chosen on economic benefit and energy saving, and that quality, efficiency and cost constraints are still met.
The key contents are process route and process parameter optimisation, based at least on GB/T 40799 and other energy saving documents, on part design and on the plant's technical level and capacity.
Two informative annexes show the orthogonal test method, and the document cites GB/T 4863 and GB/T 40799. Issued on 11 July 2022, it has applied since 1 February 2023.
