GB/T 41376-2022 is the English-translated version of 啤酒机械通用技术条件.
GB/T 41376-2022 is the general specification for the machines used to make beer.
It applies to the equipment for crushing, saccharification, boiling, fermentation, filtration, beer conveying, filling, sterilisation and cleaning, and it sets the terms and definitions, the requirements, the sanitation and machinery safety requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the signs, packaging, transport and storage.
The requirements lean on the horizontal standards that clause 2 cites: pressure vessels and heat exchangers, the stainless steel plate, strip and bar and the iron castings used for parts of the machines, safety colours and signs, fixed and movable guards, the electrical safety of machinery, enclosure protection classes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, drinking water quality and the general rules for instruction manuals. It was issued on 11 July 2022 and has applied since 1 February 2023.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.
1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, sanitation and machinery safety requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packages of beer machinery packaging, transportation and storage.
This document is applicable to the processes of crushing, saccharification, boiling, fermentation, filtration, wine conveying, filling, sterilization and cleaning in the beer production process beer machinery products (hereinafter referred to as "products").
