Scope
GB/T 41229-2021 is the English-translated version of 集棉机.
GB/T 41229-2021 is the Chinese national standard for battery condensers, the machines that collect cotton lint in cotton processing plants. It covers the model designation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, storage and transport.
It applies to condensers in which the lint is gathered at random. The model code combines the cotton processing machinery code with category, group and feature codes, a main parameter equal to one tenth of the dust cage diameter and an improvement letter, and the preferred dust cage diameters run from 1400 mm to 2200 mm.
Machine makers and cotton processing plants use it for design and acceptance. It was issued on 31 December 2021 and has applied since 1 July 2022.

This document applies to collectors where lint is randomly agglomerated.
