GB/T 41141-2021 is a Chinese national guide to assessing the risk of third-party damage to high-voltage submarine cable lines, meaning damage caused by human activities other than cable manufacturing, installation, operation and maintenance.

1 Scope
This document specifies the general rules, risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and risk response of high-voltage submarine cables.
This document applies to the assessment of the risk of third-party damage to high-voltage submarine cable lines.
