Scope

GB/T 41109-2021 is the English-translated version of 土方机械平地机燃油消耗量试验方法.

GB/T 41109-2021 sets out how to measure the fuel consumption of motor graders.

It groups the measurement into four tests - a level test, a driving test, a standby test and a traction power test - and fixes the conditions under which they are run: the test machine in the manufacturer's basic configuration, with the engine speed within the specified range and the tank at least two-thirds full, the fuel, the accuracy of the measuring instruments and the environmental conditions.

It then describes each test method and how the results are evaluated, and gives an informative record table for the test data in Annex A. Manufacturers and test laboratories use it together with the grader terms and test methods of GB/T 7920.9, GB/T 8506 and GB/T 14782. It was issued on 31 December 2021 and has applied since 1 July 2022.

1 Scope

This document specifies the test items, test conditions, measurement methods, test test methods and test evaluation.

This document applies to the measurement of motor grader fuel consumption.

5 Test conditions

5.1 Test machine

5.1.1 The configuration of the test machine shall be the basic configuration specified by the manufacturer.

5.1.2 The engine speed should be within the specified range.

5.1.3 The fuel filling amount shall not be less than 2/3 of the volume of the fuel tank.
