Scope

GB/T 41043-2021 is the English-translated version of 煤与煤层气协调开发效果评价指标及计算方法.

GB/T 41043-2021 sets out evaluation indicators and calculation methods for measuring how well coal mining and coalbed methane development are coordinated in underground coal mines.

Coordinated development means planning coalbed methane projects and coal mining projects in time and space so that both resources are developed safely and support each other.

The standard builds an indicator system running from a comprehensive evaluation index through first-, second- and third-level indices, the third level being obtained directly from data or by simple calculation, and gives the calculation methods, with appendices on the index framework, carbon dioxide emission reduction, weight values, the coordination index and a worked example.

It applies to underground mines with coalbed methane development conditions or gas drainage requirements. It was issued on 31 December 2021 and has applied since 1 July 2022.

1 Scope

This document specifies the evaluation indicators and calculation methods for the coordinated development of coal and coalbed methane in underground coal mines.

This document is applicable to the evaluation of the coordinated development effect of coal and CBM in underground coal mines with CBM development conditions or gas drainage requirements.

4 Evaluation index system

4.1 Indicator Architecture

The evaluation index system of the coordinated development effect of coal and coalbed methane includes comprehensive evaluation index, first-level evaluation index, second-level evaluation index and third-level evaluation index. price indicator.
