Scope

GB/T 40770-2021 is the English-translated version of 泛在语义位置转换规则.

GB/T 40770-2021 sets rules for converting between the different forms in which a location can be expressed in a ubiquitous network environment.

It specifies a ubiquitous semantic location data model, the conversion rules and the conversion methods between coordinates, geographic grid cells, addresses and place names, postal codes, fixed telephone numbers and fixed IP addresses, in both directions for each pair.

An informative annex gives a worked example for each kind of conversion. Its terms cover the ubiquitous network, the ubiquitous environment, location, semantic location and ubiquitous semantic location, and it relies on GB/T 12409 for the geographic grid and GB/T 18521 for place name codes.

It applies to the conversion between semantic locations obtained from the ubiquitous environment, and was issued on 11 October 2021 and has applied since 11 October 2021.

Introduction

In the era of big data, data resource utilization is the basic step of data mining and effective information extraction. Collection of data in various forms or topics Entry and aggregation are common key technologies in the information field. Location-based data aggregation provides effective data fusion and semantics for location services.

Associated means, but the data forms of location information are various, and the location accuracy of different data is also inconsistent. Therefore, through the transfer of location data The exchange rules can standardize the basic behavior of semantic position conversion, eliminate the ambiguity problems faced by different semantic position conversions, so as to ensure a large number of positions The spatial characteristics of the data are consistent and widely available.

1 Scope

This document specifies the ubiquitous semantic location data model, conversion rules and conversion methods.

This document is suitable for the conversion between semantic locations obtained from the ubiquitous environment.
