1 Scope

This document defines the general terms, primary processing terms, finishing terms, and reprocessing terms and their definitions for tea processing.

3 General terms

3.1 Tea processing

In accordance with the quality and specification requirements of tea products, the general term for various technical work (such as changing the shape and internal quality) of fresh tea leaves or raw tea.

3.2 Tea processing technology

The work, methods, techniques, etc. of processing fresh leaves or semi-finished tea into finished products.

3.3 Tea processing line

According to the requirements of the tea processing technology, the single machine or the unit is combined, and the conveyor belt, hoist and other transmission equipment are used to connect to form the flowing water. Complete sets of processing equipment for operations.

3.4 Tea in processing

Tea during processing.

3.5 Primary tea

Primary tea products formed by the primary processing of fresh leaves.

3.6 Semi-finished tea
