Scope

GB/T 46114-2025 is the English-translated version of 茶叶供应链管理技术规范.

GB/T 46114-2025 sets out the technical requirements for managing a tea supply chain. It states the general provisions on system, collaboration and mutual benefit, then gives provisions for supplier selection and management, procurement, processing, packaging, warehousing, transportation and distribution and sales, and the verification methods.

It defines tea supply chain management along with the bullwhip effect, the minimum inventory unit (SKU), reverse logistics and selling beyond agreed areas, and cites GB/T 26337.2 and GB/T 40633.

It applies to enterprises that buy or harvest fresh tea leaves and other raw materials and that process, pack, store, transport, distribute and sell tea; other new agricultural business entities in the tea industry may use it as a reference. 1 Scope

This document establishes the general principles for tea supply chain management, stipulating provisions for supplier selection and management, procurement, processing, packaging, warehousing, and transportation. Technical requirements for distribution and sales define the terminology used in tea supply chain management.

This document applies to all types of enterprises involved in the procurement (including self-harvesting) of raw materials such as fresh tea leaves, as well as tea processing, packaging, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and sales. Supply chain management and evaluation in the tea industry. This information can be used as a reference for other new agricultural business entities involved in the tea industry.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 26337.2 and GB/T 40633, as well as the following terms and definitions, apply to this document.

3.1 Tea supply chain management

With customer needs as the core and product quality as the prerequisite, and in order to achieve the goals of improving efficiency, controlling costs, and stabilizing supply, we...
