GB/T 40423-2021 is the English-translated version of 健康信息学健康体检基本内容与格式规范.

GB/T 40423-2021 is the Chinese national health informatics standard that fixes the basic content of a health examination and the format in which its data are recorded.

1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Health examination

Physical examination of the subject through medical means and methods to understand the subject's health status, early detection of disease clues and hidden health hazards Medical behavior.

3.2 Physical examination
