4.1 Basic requirements

4.1.1

Soft nonwoven towels shall not use any recycled raw materials, and shall not use toxic and harmful raw materials.

4.1.2

The additive for soft nonwoven towels shall meet the requirements of Clauses 2 and 3 of Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics (Edition 2015).

4.2 Inherent quality

See Table 1 for the requirements of inherent quality.

4.3 Microorganisms

See Table 2 for the requirements for microbial indicators.

5.1 Determination of tolerance of fiber content

Tolerance of fiber content shall comply with the requirements specified in GB/T 2910 (all parts), FZ/T 01057 (all parts), and FZ/T 01101.
