Scope
GB/T 40085-2021 is the English-translated version of 导航电子地图 分区网络模型.
GB/T 40085-2021 defines the division network model used in navigation electronic map services: the networks that can be extracted by set rules from an original road network once a newly created sub-network has been connected to it.
It describes the composition of a division network, its types, code tables, boundary sections and boundary nodes, how a division network is created from events and affected road sections, and the application modes for active and updated thematic zones, with an informative annex of application scenarios.
The model extends the network and navigation models of ISO 19133 and ISO 19134 and is expressed in UML notation. It applies to data update and service for electronic maps in multi-mode navigation, area navigation and automatic driving. It was issued on 30 April 2021 and has applied since 30 April 2021.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
Introduction
With the application of in-vehicle navigation technology and the development of intelligent driving technology, the integration of local area navigation electronic maps and global maps The efficiency puts forward higher requirements. Especially in intelligent driving, detailed regional road network data and the ability to update the data in real time are required. Propose The concept and application mode of the partition network model are introduced to provide technical standard support for vehicle navigation and intelligent driving.
The concept and method of partitioned network originate from the following application scenarios.
---The connection between the local road network and the wider road network to realize the path planning and guidance of the cross-regional road network, such as campus, landscape Application scenarios such as districts, mining areas, airports, warehouse management areas, etc.;
---When downloading pyramid map data, provide connection rules for road network data, such as data integration of road network data based on map sheets Scenes;
---Realize the expression of road network in three-dimensional space, such as multi-storey building parking lot scene;
---Realize multi-mode navigation services and applications, such as transportation hubs, ground and underground public transportation transfers and other application scenarios;
---Realize real-time dynamic update of efficient navigation electronic maps, such as real-time traffic and other information integration scenarios;
--- According to the physical storage format requirements of the navigation electronic map, the road network and other data are organized in blocks.
In the ISO /TC211 series of standards, ISO 19132:2007 specifies the location service application mode; ISO 19133:2007 defines Tracking service, network and navigation service; ISO 19134-2007 defines multi-modal navigation. The partition network model proposed by this standard is correct The expansion and refinement of the network and navigation model in standards such as ISO 19133:2007 and ISO 19134:2007, and to do with the relevant ISO standards. The concept consistency test was carried out.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the partition network model in the navigation electronic map application service, including the composition, creation and application of the partition network model mode.
This standard applies to electronic maps in application scenarios such as multi-mode navigation, area navigation, and automatic driving in navigation electronic map application services. Data update and service.
