GB/T 40058-2021 is the English-translated version of 全国固定资产投资项目代码编码规范.

The code system for fixed asset investment projects is the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Investment and Financing System" (Zhongfa (2016) 18 No.), "Government Investment Regulations" (Order No. 712 of the State Council) and "Administrative Regulations on the Approval and Filing of Enterprise Investment Projects" (Order No. 673 of the State Council) A clearly defined basic system for investment management. Good use of the project code is the legal obligation of the project unit and the legal responsibility of the relevant departments. Nationwide The project code generated by the online approval and supervision platform for investment projects (referred to as the online platform) serves as the unique identifier for the entire construction cycle of the project.

3.3 Fixed asset investment projects
