General requirements for safety protection of funeral home workers

1 Scope

This document stipulates the basic requirements for the safety protection of funeral home employees, the hazards and protection regulations of functional areas, and the definition of occupational hazards.

Guardianship and management requirements.

This document applies to the safety protection and management of employees in funeral homes.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 23287 and the following apply to this document.

4 Basic Requirements

4.1 Different groups of people should be protected and different types of hazards should be controlled.

4.2 A worker safety management system should be established. Emergency plans should be developed for emergencies such as power outages and fires, and regular staff training and drills should be conducted.

4.3 The safety limit values of pathogens in various places of funeral homes shall comply with the requirements of GB 19053, and the chemical hazard factors shall comply with the relevant regulations of GBZ 2.1.

The physical hazard factors shall comply with the relevant provisions of GBZ 2.2.

4.4 Funeral home employees should be provided with appropriate labor protection supplies.

4.5 There should be parking lots with differentiated functions, and the body transport vehicle should be parked in a dedicated location.

4.6 There should be a room for disposing of contaminated clothing, and measures should be taken to disinfect contaminated clothing.

4.7 Public places such as business halls should be cleaned and disinfected regularly.
