Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 30444-2013 "Classification of Health Care Services". Compared with GB/T 30444-2013, except for structural adjustments and compilation... Aside from the logical changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Changed the categories of health care services, conditioning health care services, beauty health care services, fitness health care services, specialized health care services, and health care service institutions. Terms and definitions for healthcare service locations, healthcare service personnel, healthcare service supplies and equipment, and the healthcare service industry (see 3.1). Sections 3.3, 3.5-3.7, 3.12-3.16 (Chapter 2 of the.2013 edition) have been expanded to include health management and healthcare services, mental health services, and physical education. Terms and definitions for key health care services, maternal and child health care services, child health care services, and elderly health care services (see 3.2, 3.4). 3.8~3.11);

b) The classification principles have been removed (see Chapter 3 of the.2013 edition);

c) The classification of health care services has been changed (see 4.1, Chapter 4 of the.2013 edition);

d) Added categories for healthcare service practitioners and healthcare service supplies and equipment (see 4.2, 4.3);

e) The classification of service providers has been removed (see Chapter 5 of the.2013 edition). Please note that some content in this document may involve patents. 1 Scope

GB/T 30444-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering the classification of health care services - the categories and their boundaries, which is what statistics, licensing and supervision of a large and loosely regulated sector all depend on. It replaces GB/T 30444-2013. It was issued on 28 January 2026 and has been in force since 1 August 2026, replacing GB/T 30444-2013. The document is under the responsibility of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This page is published from the official record of the 2026 edition; the clause text of a standard this recent is not yet in circulation, and the figures, limits and tables it contains are those of the document itself, delivered in full with the English translation.

This document defines the relevant terminology for the health care service industry and provides a classification of the health care service industry. This document applies to the classification of the health care service industry.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 healthcare services Using appropriate methods, we provide customers with non-medical services to maintain physical and mental well-being, improve physical condition, prevent and treat diseases, promote recovery, and enhance overall health. Therapeutic activities.

Note. Appropriate methods include using permitted technologies and techniques, using supplies and tools, and conducting health consultations, guidance, and health education.

3.2 Collecting health information, monitoring health, conducting health assessments (including evaluation of the effectiveness of health interventions), and providing health guidance to customers in order to achieve non-medical benefits. 3.3 Health care products that utilize professional supplies and/or related media to act on specific parts of the customer's body, thereby improving the customer's physical and mental well-being. Task (3.1).

3.4 By providing psychological support, releasing negative emotions, listening to the customer, offering encouragement, and helping them adopt a positive attitude towards life, etc. Healthcare services that enable customers to develop positively in mind and body, and promote improvement in customer emotional management and social adaptability (3.1).

3.5 Healthcare services that provide care and improvement for customers' skin, hair, nails, lips, etc. (3.1).

3.6 Provide health care services such as guidance, assistance, protection, and exercise recovery for customers' fitness activities (3.1).

3.7 Healthcare services provided for specific parts of a customer's body and their specific needs (3.1).
