Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 30443-2013 "General Requirements for Health Care Services". Compared with GB/T 30443-2013, except for structural adjustments and... Aside from editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Added the technical aspects of health care services, health care service institutions, health care service venues, health care service personnel, and health care service supplies and equipment. Terms and definitions (see 3.1-3.5) have been revised, and the terms and definitions for functional areas, reception areas, service areas, and sanitation areas (see.2013 edition) have been removed. (3.1~3.4)

b) Added basic requirements (see Chapter 4);

c) The requirements for practitioners have been changed (see Chapter 5,

5.3 of the.2013 edition), and the requirement for healthcare service personnel to wear uniforms and protective gear has been removed. Cards (see

6.1.3 in the.2013 edition);

d) The service location was changed (see Chapter 6, Chapter 7 in the.2013 edition);

d) The applicable air quality standards have been changed (see 6.2,

7.5 of the.2013 edition);

e) The security requirements for service locations have been changed (see 6.3,.2013 edition of 6.3);

f) The sections on business area, decoration and facilities, and surrounding environment have been removed (see sections 7.2, 7.3, and

7.6 of the.2013 edition);

g) Added supplies and equipment (see Chapter 7), and removed the requirement that supplies and equipment related to health care services comply with WS205-2001 and related standards. (See

1 Scope

GB/T 30443-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering the health care service sector - massage, physical therapy, dietary and traditional health services - with the premises, the qualification of practitioners, the boundary against medical practice and the handling of a client who should be sent to a doctor. It replaces GB/T 30443-2013, one of five health service standards revised together under the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It was issued on 28 January 2026 and has been in force since 1 August 2026, replacing GB/T 30443-2013. The document is under the responsibility of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
