Scope

GB/T 40044-2021 is the English-translated version of 快递服务制造业仓配信息交换规范.

GB/T 40044-2021 defines how express service organizations and manufacturing enterprises exchange information when the courier company both stores and delivers the manufacturer's goods.

It sets the information exchange requirements and data types, and describes the business processes for two cases: warehouses built by the manufacturer and warehouses built by the express company, together with the handling of transmission exceptions.

Most of the document is a message specification listing the message types and interfaces. It also covers the communication and message protocols, data security, protection of personal information, system security and the time limits for exchanging information, with references to standards such as YZ/T 0143-2015 and GB/T 35273. 1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions

3.1 Courier service

3.2 Express service organization

Companies that are legally registered in China and provide express delivery services, as well as their franchised companies and agency companies.
