GB/T 39950-2021 is the English-translated version of LED灯用氧化铝陶瓷散热元件.

This standard specifies the classification, marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, Packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard is applicable to aluminum oxide ceramic heat dissipation components that carry light-emitting chips and metal circuits for LED lamps.
