3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Fugitive emissions

No harmful gas emissions through the exhaust tube or through the exhaust tube below 15m height.

3.2 Health protection distance

In order to prevent and control the health hazards of air pollutants discharged through unorganized emissions, the production unit (production workshop or work

The minimum distance from the boundary of the workplace) to the boundary of the sensitive area.

3.3 Characteristic atmospheric hazardous substances

The toxic and harmful air pollutants diffused to the surrounding areas by enterprises in related industries through unorganized emissions during normal production

3.4 Fugitive emissions

When the production unit is in a normal state of production management and equipment maintenance, the emission of harmful substances in the atmosphere through the characteristic of the unorganized emission route

Heavy volume.

3.5 Equivalent emissions

The ratio of the unorganized emission per unit time of a single air pollutant to the limit value of the environmental air quality standard of the pollutant.
