1 Scope
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 14850 and the following apply to this document.
3.1 Preparation system
A gas filling system constructed from gas control valves, transmission lines, seals, pressure measurement equipment, and vacuum pumps.
3.2 Preparation of relative deviation of relative
The difference between the certified value of a certain component in the mixed gas and its target value accounts for the percentage of the target value.
Note. The formula for calculating the relative deviation of the preparation is given in 7.2.
3.3 Preparation tolerance
The maximum preparation relative deviation allowed by the target component content.
Note. The preparation tolerance is usually negotiated by both parties.
