1 Scope

This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions, evaluation index system and requirements for the evaluation of water-saving enterprises in the chlor-alkali industry.

This standard applies to water-saving evaluation of caustic soda and PVC production enterprises in the chlor-alkali industry.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 7119, GB/T 18820, GB/T 18916.29, GB/T 18916.38 and GB/T 21534 are appropriate. Used in this document.

4 Evaluation index system and requirements

4.1 Water-saving enterprise evaluation index system includes basic requirements, management indicators and technical indicators.

4.2 The basic requirements for water-saving enterprises are shown in Table 1.

4.3 The water-saving enterprise management indicators and requirements are shown in Table 2, and the management indicators scoring method is shown in Appendix A.
