Scope

GB/T 37165-2018 is the English-translated version of 机器人用精密摆线针轮减速器.

GB/T 37165-2018 covers precision cycloidal pin-wheel reducers for robots, reduction devices that transmit motion and torque only through a cycloidal gear and a pin wheel.

It sets out the schematic diagram, structure types, naming rules, structural dimensions and performance parameters, and the requirements for main components, performance, assembly, appearance, lubrication and rated life.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the schematic diagram, structure type, naming rules and knots of precision cycloidal pinwheel reducer for robots (hereinafter referred to as "reducer"). Dimensions and performance parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard is applicable to precision cycloidal pinwheel reducers for robots. It can also be applied to other fields with the same working conditions and similar.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Precision cycloidal pinwheel reducer for robots

A precision reduction device for a robot that transmits motion and torque only with a cycloidal gear and a pin wheel.

3.2 Eccentric shaft

A shaft type component that has an eccentric structure that drives a cycloidal gear.

3.3 Cycloidal gear

The profile is a disc-shaped or toroidal gear of an equidistant curve shape of an accurate (or approximate) cycloid. [GB/T 10107.1-2012, definition 2.1.1.1]

3.4 Pin wheel

a cylindrical or circular ring gear whose teeth are composed of a plurality of cylindrical pins, and the axes of the cylindrical pins are evenly distributed in the same circle It is parallel to the axis of the gear on the circumference.

3.5 Transmission ratio
