Scope

GB/T 37137-2018 is the English-translated version of 高原220kV变电站交流回路系统现场检验方法.

GB/T 37137-2018 describes how to check on site the AC circuits of 220 kV substations built at high altitude, before and during commissioning. It applies to new or renovated conventional substations between 1000 m and 5000 m above sea level, can be used as a reference at lower altitudes, and does not cover substations with electronic transformers.

It sets the test environment, the test power supply and the main instruments, then lists the test items and their sequence: compliance of the primary circuit, grounding of the voltage transformer terminal, DC resistance of the secondary circuits and system tests of the AC current and voltage loops.

Annexes give record tables, current and voltage conversion methods and a worked example. The standard was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2019.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

Introduction

This standard aims to verify the correctness of the AC circuit wiring of the plateau substation and its mutual cooperation. To regulate the plateau 220kV change The inspection method of the AC circuit of the power station avoids the relay protection caused by errors such as the polarity and ratio of the AC circuit during the charging and operation of the system.

This standard is specially formulated because it does not operate correctly, thus bringing safe operation risks to the power grid and improving the safe and stable operation level of the substation.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the content, methods and requirements for on-site inspection of AC loops in 220kV substations in high altitude areas.

This standard is applicable to the on-site inspection of new or renovated conventional substation projects in the area of 1000m~5000m above sea level.

The 220kV new or renovated conventional substation project with an altitude of 1000m and below can also be used as reference.

This standard does not apply to substation projects that use electronic transformers.

4 Test conditions

4.1 Environmental conditions of the test

The normal test environmental conditions and test standard environmental conditions are shown in Table 1.

Unless otherwise specified, the test is generally carried out under normal test environmental conditions and the baseline environmental conditions of the test are used as arbitration conditions.

4.2 Test equipment power supply benchmark conditions and test tolerances

The reference conditions and test tolerances of the test power supply are shown in Table 2.
