Scope
GB/T 37052-2018 is the English-translated version of 光伏建筑一体化(BIPV)组件电池额定工作温度测试方法.
GB/T 37052-2018 gives an indoor test method for the nominal module operating temperature (NMOT) of building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) modules, that is the cell temperature reached at 800 W/m² irradiance, 20 °C ambient temperature and a front wind speed of 1 m/s with the module working near its maximum power point.
It covers the testing principle, based on a steady-state solar simulator with temperature and wind control, the test equipment, sample preparation, the test procedure and the test report.
It applies to planar double-layer laminated glass BIPV modules with crystalline silicon or amorphous silicon cells, and other flat laminated glass thin-film modules can use it as a reference.
The simulator and module test references include GB/T 6495.9, IEC 61215-1 and IEC 61853-2. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 March 2019.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for the rated working temperature of the photovoltaic building integrated component battery, including terms and definitions, testing principles, and testing. Test equipment, sample preparation, test procedures and test reports.
This standard applies to photovoltaic building integrated planar double-layer laminated glass components, including crystalline silicon solar cell components and amorphous silicon solar cells. Pool component. Other types of flat double-layer laminated glass film components can be used as reference.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) module
It can be combined with building materials to become a photovoltaic power generation component that is inseparable from the building or can be completely integrated with the building.
3.2 Nominal module operating temperature (NMOT) of BIPV module
In the standard reference environment, the component plane irradiance is 800W/m², the ambient temperature is 20°C, and the front panel wind speed is 1m/s.
The temperature of the solar cell in the BIPV module is measured in the environment where the wind speed at the center of the rear plate is lower than the lower limit of detection of the anemometer and the best electronic load is connected. All working temperatures.
3.3 Thermal stability
In the indoor test, the battery operating temperature in the module changes less than 1 °C every 5 min.
4 Test principle
Simulate natural light indoors with a steady-state solar simulator with excellent spectral matching, uniformity and stability, and control the temperature and wind control equipment Provide test environment such as ambient temperature, wind speed and direction, etc., so that components working near the maximum power point are in the NMOT-defined ring.
