Scope
GB/T 37029-2018 is the English-translated version of 食品追溯 信息记录要求.
GB/T 37029-2018 sets out the requirements for recording traceability information in the production, logistics and sale of prepackaged food and other food produced industrially for the market.
Its basic requirements cover the recording system, the form of the records, how they are filled in and how long they are kept, and it then lists the information elements to be recorded in the food production, logistics and sales links.
Each traceability participant should set up a recording system that makes the food traceable from raw materials to sale, and has to manage its record files and update them periodically.
It defines traceability, traceability system and traceability participant, and refers to GB/T 25064 for electronic signatures. It applies to food safety traceability. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2019.

This standard specifies the traceability information records involved in the production, logistics and sales of pre-packaged and marketable foods for industrial production. Claim.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Traceability
