Scope

GB/T 36802-2018 is the English-translated version of 太阳能光伏背板覆膜用胶粘剂.

GB/T 36802-2018 is the Chinese national product standard for the adhesives used to laminate the backsheets of solar photovoltaic modules. In these multilayer backsheets a PET film is bonded to PVF or PVDF fluorine films on one or both sides, or to another film on the second.

The standard sets out the terms, the classification, the requirements, test preparation, ageing conditions, the test methods, the inspection rules and the marking, packaging, transport and storage.

It grades the adhesives into three levels by ageing resistance, from level 1, with 96 h of high temperature and high humidity (PCT) ageing, 3000 h of double 85 damp heat and 60 kWh/m² of ultraviolet exposure, to level 3, with 48 h, 1000 h and 30 kWh/m². It was issued on 17 September 2018 and has applied since 1 April 2019.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, and status of solar photovoltaic backsheet coating adhesives (hereinafter referred to as "backsheet adhesives"). adjustment, test preparation, aging conditions, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to adhesives for solar backing composite bonding.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 2943 apply to this document.

3.1 Backsheet

Apply adhesive to PET film, then double-sided composite fluorine film (PVF, PVDF), or one side composite fluorine film, and the other side composite PE-VA film or other film, made of multi-layer composite backsheet for crystalline silicon solar cell module packaging.

4 Rating

According to the aging conditions, the backsheet glue is generally divided into three levels.

--- Level 1. high temperature and high humidity (PCT) aging for 96h, constant wet heat treatment (double 85 aging) 3000h, ultraviolet (UV) aging 60kWh·m-2;

--- Level 2. PCT aging 72h, double 85 aging 2000h, UV aging 45kWh·m-2;

--- Level 3. PCT aging 48h, double 85 aging 1000h, UV aging 30kWh·m-2.
