GB/T 36739-2018 is the English-translated version of 歌舞娱乐场所服务规范.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements, safety management requirements, service content requirements, service facility equipment requirements, service personnel of song and dance entertainment venues. Requirements and service quality evaluation and improvement.
This standard applies to the regulation of the service and management of song and dance entertainment venues.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Song and dance entertainment place
It offers accompaniment music, song-on-demand services or a venue that offers dance music and dance venue services.
4 Basic requirements
4.1 Song and dance entertainment venues should have a unified management organization and a clear geographical scope.
4.2 The buildings, facilities, service projects and operation management of song and dance entertainment venues shall comply with the relevant aspects of safety, fire protection, sanitation and environmental protection. National standards, industry standards and group standards.
4.3 The operators of song and dance entertainment venues should abide by professional ethics and integrity management.
5 Safety management requirements
5.1 Safety and Emergency Management Agency
Requirements for safety and emergency management agencies should include but are not limited to.
a) Song and dance entertainment venues should set up security management agencies, be responsible for establishing a safety management system, organize the implementation of various security measures, and carry out security Full inspection, supervision and training;
b) The safety management agency of the song and dance entertainment establishment shall establish a safety inspection system for all safety-related regulations and service items. Carry out periodic inspections and spot checks according to regulations, and make corresponding records;
