Scope
GB/T 36478.2-2018 is the English-translated version of 物联网 信息交换和共享 第2部分：通用技术要求.
GB/T 36478.2-2018 is Part 2 of the Chinese national standard on information exchange and sharing in the Internet of Things, and sets the general technical requirements for exchanging and sharing information between IoT systems.
It covers data services for providing and using data, data standardization processing and data formats, data storage and management with directory generation, data transfer interfaces, and directory management from registration to release and access.
It also sets requirements for authentication and authorization, including identity, access control, password management and service charging, for monitoring of exchange and sharing operations, and for security policy.
It applies to planning, design, development and operation of information exchange between IoT systems, building on GB/T 36478.1-2018. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

Foreword
GB/T 36478 "Internet of Things Information Exchange and Sharing" is divided into the following four parts.

This part is the second part of GB/T 36478.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 36478 specifies general technical requirements for information exchange and sharing between IoT systems, including data services, Data standardization processing, data storage and management, data transfer interfaces, directory management, authentication and authorization, exchange and sharing monitoring, and security policies Request and other content.
This section applies to the planning, design, system development, and operation and maintenance management of information exchange and sharing between IoT systems.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 36478.1-2018 apply to this document.
3.1 Security policy
A set of security for how to manage, protect, and allocate resources for the IoT system, the demand side IoT system, and the exchange shared service system rule.
3.2 Data sensitivity level
The grading of the value, importance or vulnerability of data resources.
4 Overview
This part is in accordance with the data service, data standardization processing, directory management, data storage and management specified in GB/T 36478.1-2018.
Requirements for management, data transfer interfaces, directory management, authentication and authorization, sharing and exchange monitoring, and security requirements. See related entities involved Figure 1 and Figure 2.
According to the actual deployment of the Internet of Things system, the relevant technical requirements can be tailored accordingly.
