3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2900.71-2008 and GB/T 33745, as well as the following terms and definitions, apply to this document.

3.2 With the aim of ensuring safe and energy-efficient electricity use in the park (3.1), this involves monitoring the power circuits (3.3), electrical equipment (3.4), and power consumption areas within the park. The system senses and collects electrical parameters of the power circuit (3.3), senses and controls the status of the power equipment (3.4), and monitors its status, working model, and operation. The system provides power consumption monitoring, power consumption control, alarm and early warning, visualization, and statistics by collecting parameters, as well as environmental parameters of the power consumption site and personnel information.
