Scope
GB/T 36411-2018 is the English-translated version of 智能压力仪表 通用技术条件.
GB/T 36411-2018 sets the general technical requirements for intelligent pressure instruments, the microprocessor-based gauges with a pressure sensor, data processing and memory units and a two-way digital communication interface used in the industrial Internet of Things.
It defines their basic parameters - measurement category, measurement range, accuracy class, pressure connection and power supply - and the requirements for basic error, hysteresis, repeatability, indication fluctuation, stability, parameter setting, self-diagnosis and alarm, communication, pressure resistance, sealing, insulation, explosion protection and enclosure protection.
It also covers behaviour under high and low temperature, damp heat, vibration, electromagnetic disturbance and transport, with the matching test methods, factory and type inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.
Instrument manufacturers and test laboratories use it. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.
