GB/T 36325-2018 is the English-translated version of 信息技术 云计算 云服务级别协议基本要求.
GB/T 36325-2018 sets out what a cloud service level agreement (CSLA) between a cloud service provider and a cloud service customer has to contain and how it is managed.
It describes the content and usage principles of a CSLA, its management and an application guide, then separates the essential elements from the optional ones. It also lays down the management process step by step: design, signing, implementation, review and change of the agreement.
A normative annex lists the cloud service level indicators, and an informative annex gives reference indicators for specific types of cloud service. Providers and customers use it to draw up agreements, customers to evaluate the service delivered, and third parties to assess CSLAs. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard gives the components of the cloud service level agreement, clarifies the management requirements of the cloud service level agreement, and provides the cloud service level. Common indicators in other agreements.
This standard applies to.
a) Provide guidance for cloud service providers and cloud service customers (referred to as. both parties) to establish cloud service level agreements;
b) provide a reference for the customer to evaluate the cloud service delivered by the provider;
c) Provide a reference for third-party evaluation of cloud service level agreements.

3.1 Cloud computing
