It defines terms such as electronic contract, attribute, information element and entity, and sets the description attributes, data types and formats and the representation of constraints and conditions.
It then gives the description method, an information model and the detailed information descriptions for general information, the parties, the subject matter, terms and conditions, contract status and security information.
A final clause explains how the information can be extended. References include codes for administrative divisions, countries, currencies, organisations and trade units, and UML. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 October 2018.
