This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part
1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 30333-2013 "Logistics Service Contract Standards". Compared with GB/T 30333-2013, except for structural adjustments and... Aside from editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
---The terms and definitions of "logistics service contract" have been changed (see 3.1,.2013 version 3.1), and the term "subject matter of logistics service contract" has been removed. The terms and definitions (see section
3.2 of the.2013 edition) have been expanded to include "logistics service consignor" and "logistics service operator". Meaning (see 3.2, 3.3);
---The content of "Basic Requirements" has been revised (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2013 edition);
---The contracting party information in the "Preamble" section has been modified [see 5.2.1b,.2013 version 5.2b)], adding "the date of contract signing". "and location" [see 5.2.1d);

1 Scope
GB/T 30333-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering what a logistics contract has to settle - the scope of service and the standard of performance, the handover and the moment risk passes, the liability for loss and damage and its limits, the insurance, the charges and the termination. This document specifies the basic requirements and composition of logistics service contracts. This document is applicable to the preparation of logistics service contract documents.
2 Normative references

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18354 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Agreements between civil entities that establish, modify, or terminate civil legal relationships concerning logistics services.
3.2 Natural persons, legal persons or unincorporated organizations that entrust logistics services to logistics service operators.
3.3 A legal entity that provides logistics services to clients and independently assumes civil liability.
Note. Logistics service providers can act as general contractors, subcontractors, or actual performers of logistics services, providing logistics services to clients. Serve.
4 Basic Requirements
4.1 Logistics service contracts shall be negotiated by all parties involved on the basis of equality, voluntariness, fairness, good faith, and legality. This is in accordance with the provisions of the "People's Republic of China..." The Contract Law section of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China stipulates that logistics service contracts must comply with the provisions of its first part, the General Provisions, which covers transportation, warehousing, information, etc. Contracts for services must be drafted in accordance with Part Two, Chapter Nineteen. Transport Contracts, Chapter Twenty-Two. Warehousing Contracts, and Chapter Twenty. Technology Contracts. According to the same regulations, contracts involving distribution and processing services must be drafted in accordance with Chapter 23 of Part Two, Agency Contracts, and Chapter 17, Contractual Agreements. 4.2 Before drafting a logistics service contract, the legal qualifications of all signatories should be reviewed and confirmed.
4.3 Logistics service contracts shall be in writing, and their contents shall be clear, accurate, and unambiguous, with measures taken to ensure the smooth operation of the logistics service.
