This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1 Scope

GB/T 36132-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering how a factory is evaluated as a green factory - the infrastructure and its materials, the management system, the energy and resource intensity, the emissions and waste, the products made and the performance achieved. The green factory label is the top of China's industrial green manufacturing scheme, and this is the document a plant is scored against. It replaces GB/T 36132-2018. It was issued on 31 December 2025 and has been in force since 31 December 2025, replacing GB/T 36132-2018. The document is under the responsibility of the Standardization Administration of China. 3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2589, GB/T 18820, GB/T 24067, and GB/T 29116, as well as the following terms and definitions, apply to this document.

4 Construction and Requirements of Evaluation Index System

4.1 Composition of the Evaluation Index System The green factory evaluation index system consists of basic requirements and evaluation indicators.
