Scope
GB/T 36106-2018 is the English-translated version of 法人和其他组织统一社会信用代码数据管理规范.
GB/T 36106-2018 sets out how the data behind the unified social credit identifier of legal entities and other organizations are managed.
It describes the data management process step by step: data collection, return of information, data checking, data processing, concentration into the unified code database, quality control, data security and data quality evaluation, with a normative annex of rules for judging whether data are valid.
It builds on the coding rules of GB 32100 and on the related standards for the identifier and its basic data elements. It is intended for national, provincial and military code management agencies, registration authorities, departments that use the unified code and those who build the unified code database. It was issued on 15 March 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2018.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard stipulates terms and definitions and data management procedures for legal entities and other organizations to harmonize social credit codes (abbreviated as unified codes).
Including data collection, information return, data check, data processing, data concentration, quality control, data security, quality evaluation.
This standard is applicable to national, provincial (including sub-provincial cities, planned single cities) and military organizations and organizations code management agencies, registration management department Doors, unified code application department and unified social credit code database (referred to as the unified code database) construction department and related personnel.

3 Terms and definitions
The definitions of GB 32100, GB/T 36105-2018 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Unified social credit code
Each legal person and other organization is the only nationwide, statutory identification code that will remain unchanged for life.
3.2 Unified social credit code database
The basic information database of legal persons and other organizations established with the unified code as the logo.
