Scope
GB/T 36020-2018 is the English-translated version of 化学纤维 浸胶帘子线试验方法.
GB/T 36020-2018 sets out the test methods for chemical fibre dipped cords. It applies to dipped cords of polyester, polyamide (nylon 6 and nylon 66) and aramid, and other dipped cords may use it as a reference.
It defines the quantities involved, such as the H-test adhesion strength, the force needed to pull the cord out of an H-shaped rubber specimen, the dip pick-up and constant mass, reached when two weighings 10 minutes apart differ by no more than 0.05% of the last one.
Its general rules begin with sample preparation: samples are taken wearing gloves, cut at once and sealed in a light-proof plastic bag, excluding artificial defects such as twisting and wrinkling. It was issued on 15 March 2018 and has applied since 1 October 2018.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for chemical fiber dipped cords.
This standard applies to polyester (polyester), polyamide (nylon 6, nylon 66), aromatic polyamide (para-aramid), aromatic polyamide (pair Aramid) and polyamide (nylon 6, nylon 66) and chemical fiber dipped cord, other dipped cord can be used as reference.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 3291.1, GB/T 3291.3, GB/T 4146 (all parts) apply to this document.
3.1 Adhesion strength (H test)
The force required to pull the cord from the H-shaped rubber cord.
3.2 Dip pick-up
The percentage of glue quality in the dipped cords and the quality of the white shade cords.
3.3 Constant mass
After the samples are processed and separated by a certain amount of time, the difference between the two before and after weighing does not exceed the specified range. This document specifies weighing every 10 minutes Once, the weighing difference between the previous and the second time is no more than 0.05% of the last weighing, and the weight of the later weighing is recorded as the constant weight mass.
4 General rules of testing
4.1 Sample preparation
