1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic environmental construction, application system construction and sample library management during the construction of the label compliance test sample database.
This standard applies to the construction of various product label compliance test sample libraries.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Product label
The text, graphics, symbols and all descriptions on the product packaging.
3.2 Conformance testing
The content marked on the product label is tested according to relevant standards.
3.3 Sample
In the process of tag conformance testing, electronic samples that have stored value are reflected in single tag feature information and inspection methods.
3.4 Sample library
A collection of samples collected, organized, stored, and managed by the user on demand.
4 Basic environment construction
4.1 Formulation of a database plan
4.1.1 Develop the technology and implementation plan for the construction of the sample database according to the actual needs and target of library construction, including the technical road for the construction of the sample database. Line, work deployment, schedule, organization management and quality assurance measures.
4.1.2 Taking the actual needs at the current stage as the most important factor and paying attention to future development trends, the sample database can be effectively implemented and there is room for improvement.
4.2 Software and Hardware Preparation
