Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
Introduction
Natural rubber is an important industrial raw material. China's Brazil rubber tree natural rubber production resources are very valuable. Reasonable development and utilization This precious resource protects the sustainable development of the natural rubber industry in Brazil's rubber tree industry in China, with the national economic operation and national defense strategic security, and the tropics.
The ecological and environmental protection in the region and the physical and mental health of the employees in the natural rubber industry, as well as the economic prosperity and social stability in the hotspots, are all closely linked. system. Therefore, according to law, compliance, and sustainable use of China's Brazilian rubber tree natural rubber production resources are all engaged in the natural rubber production process The primary responsibility of organizations or individuals such as planting, processing, etc.
In order to meet the requirements of laws and regulations and related standards, meet market demands and promote the sustainable development of the natural rubber industry, this standard Includes the following provisions.
a) Management of natural rubber production.
This standard uses the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) method to identify, evaluate, and control the production of natural rubber from Brazilian rubber trees.
According to the characteristics of Brazil rubber tree natural rubber production process, rubber plantation cultivation, rubber tree management, rubber garden soil management, rubber tapping, plant Protection points, initial processing of products, timber harvesting, production organization management, quality traceability, and employee benefits have all provided control points and compliance requirements.
b) Environmental protection requirements for sustainable industrial development.
This standard proposes the requirements for the environmental protection of rubber rubber natural rubber production in Brazil and requires producers to comply with environmental protection regulations and standards.
To establish a benign ecological environment for the production of natural rubber from Brazil rubber trees and coordinate the relationship between product production and environmental protection.
c) Occupational health, safety and welfare requirements of employees.
This standard includes employee occupational health, safety and welfare requirements.
This standard divides the control points of the content clauses into three levels. See Table 1 for details.
