GB/T 35768-2017 fixes the service and management system that runs a network of satellite navigation and positioning reference stations.

Clause 1 states that the standard specifies the basic requirements, the functional requirements, the configuration requirements and the system testing content for that service management system, and that it applies to the construction, the operation and maintenance and the service provision of national and regional satellite navigation and positioning reference station network service management systems.

Clause 3 defines three terms, the reference station network, as the system made up of a number of satellite navigation and positioning reference stations, data centres and a data communication network and providing positioning, navigation, location and other services, the service management system itself, as the system that meets the operation, maintenance, management and service needs of that network and manages its resources, functions and service processes, and network processing, as the processing of the observation data of the reference station network into correction information for pseudorange, carrier phase, Doppler and other observations and into ionospheric and clock error correction models.

Clause 2 cites GB/T 18314 on GPS measurement, GB/T 35767 on the basic products of a satellite navigation and positioning reference station network and GB/T 35769 on its services.

The abbreviations clause lists BDS for the Beidou satellite navigation system, CPU for central processing unit, DCB for differential code bias, FTP for file transfer protocol and GNSS for global navigation satellite system, and the draft breaks off there, so the requirement, function, configuration and test clauses are not reproduced on the page.

The foreword names the National Geographic Information Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC230) as the body in charge. It was issued on 29 December 2017 and has applied since 1 July 2018.
