1 Scope
This standard defines the terms and definitions of the basic terminology used in the weather forecasting.
This standard applies to weather forecasting production, distribution and dissemination.
2 Terms and definitions
2.1 sky condition
2.1.1 Clear
The sky clouds total 0 ~ 2 into.
2.1.2 Less cloud partlycloudy
The total sky cloud 3 to 5 into.
2.1.3 Cloudy
The total amount of cloud sky 6 to 8 into.
2.1.4 Overcast
The total amount of cloud sky 9 to 10 into.
2.2 Meteorological elements
2.2.1 Wind
The level of air movement, with the wind and wind speed said.
2.2.2 Wind direction
The direction of the wind.

2.2.3 Windforce
Wind strength.
Note. Meteorological wind levels are often used, said the international Beaufort wind level, said Beaufort wind level, see Appendix A.
2.2.4 Windspeed
The horizontal distance the air moves per unit of time. The unit is meters per second (m/s).
