GB/T 35034-2018 is the English-translated version of 螺杆膨胀机（组）安全监视装置技术规范.
GB/T 35034-2018 is the technical specification for the safety monitoring devices of screw expanders and screw expander units. This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements and factory test items of the screw expander (group) safety monitoring device (hereinafter referred to as safety monitoring device). And specific requirements for packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard applies to the design, matching selection, factory test, packaging, transportation and storage of safety monitoring devices.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 30554-2014 apply to this document.
3.1 Screw expander (group) safety monitoring device
The screw expander (group) realizes a safe stop device under abnormal working conditions and prevents the rotor from overspeeding.
4 General
4.1 General requirements for safety monitoring devices
4.1.1 During the start-up, operation and shutdown of the screw expander (group), the safety monitoring device shall be capable of detecting and indicating the screw expander (group) The main operating parameters, when the monitoring parameters exceed the limit, issue an alarm and trigger the stop signal.
4.1.2 The safety monitoring device shall have a data logging function to record the main operating parameters for a period of time before the unit is shut down before the protection action. A computer interface is reserved to facilitate data exchange.
4.2 Safety monitoring device protection monitoring project content
4.2.1 The contents of the protection monitoring items to be equipped for the safety monitoring device shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 32354-2015.
4.2.2 The safety monitoring device shall include.
a) speed measuring device;
b) overspeed protection device;
c) main steam valve quick shut-off device;
d) Manual stop protection button.
