Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 34213-2017 "High Purity Alumina for Sapphire Substrates". Compared with GB/T 34213-2017, except for the structure In addition to adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The scope of application of the standard has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2017 edition);

b) Added Chapter 4 product brands, classifications and markings (see Chapter 4);

c) Delete the true density and the main production method of the product (see 4.1 of the 2017 version);

d) Added requirements for bulk density, bulk density and size (see 5.1);

e) Changed the requirements for chemical composition (see 5.2, 4.2 of the 2017 edition);

f) Changed the requirements for appearance (see 5.3, 4.3 of the 2017 version);

g) The test method has been changed (see Chapter 6, Chapter 5 of the 2017 edition);

h) The requirements for group batching have been changed (see 7.2, 6.2 of the 2017 version);

i) Changed the sampling requirements (see 7.3, 6.4 of the 2017 version);

j) The determination of inspection results has been changed (see 7.4, 6.5 of the 2017 version);

k) The contents of the logo and accompanying documents have been changed (see Chapter 8, Chapter 7 of the 2017 edition);

l) The requirements for product packaging have been changed (see 8.2, 7.2 of the 2017 version).

1 Scope

This document specifies the product grades, classifications and markings, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, Logo, packaging, transportation, storage, accompanying documents and order form content.

This document applies to high-purity alumina for sapphire single crystal (hereinafter referred to as high-purity alumina). High-purity alumina for other uses may refer to this document for execution.
