1 Scope
GB/T 34053 provisions of this part of the print quality inspection of paper products involved in the work of professional terms.
This section applies to the printing industry and its related majors in the preparation of standards, publishing, teaching, research and technology exchange at home and abroad.
2 Quality terms
2.1 Quality of printed products
Printing products in the function, appearance, specifications, durability, etc. to meet the quality needs of consumers collectively.
2.2 Appearance quality
Printed products to meet the needs of consumers a variety of shapes and surface visual characteristics.
2.3 Printing quality
Printing products to meet the needs of consumers a variety of graphic information copy quality characteristics of the sum.
2.3.1 Sharpness
In the edge detail of the image, the brightness or color changes sharply with the spatial location. [GB/T 9851.2-2008, Definition 2.12]
2.3.2 Registration error
In multi-color printing, any two-color image corresponding to the maximum deviation.
2.4 Finishing quality
The sum of the quality characteristics of the various decorative effects on the surface of the printed product to meet consumer needs.
2.5 Forming quality
To meet the needs of consumers on the printed products of various molding effects and features of the quality characteristics of the sum.
2.5.1 Nail saw staple
Bending pins made of metal or other material for the fixed shaping of printed products.
2.5.2 Book staple position
Prescribed position of sawing on printing products.
