1 Scope

GB/T 33713-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering controlling a heatset web press - the ink densities and tone value increase, the colour targets and their tolerances, the register, the drying and the paper conditioning, measured on a press running magazines at fifteen metres a second. This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 33713-2017 "Requirements and Test Methods for Process Control of Thermosetting Rotary Offset Printing", and is consistent with GB/T 33713- Compared to.2017, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Added the term and definition of "spot color tonal value" (see 3.8);

b) The technical content of "Paper Requirements and Ink Requirements" has been revised (see 4.1, 4.2, Chapter 4 of the.2017 edition), and "Printing Plate Requirements" has been added. The technical requirements for the equipment are detailed in sections

c) Added "Defects affecting printing plate quality" (see 5.1.2.1) and "Error requirements between printing plate dot gain and set target value" (see 5.1.2.2). "cm-1 corresponds to lpi (lines per inch), values, and conversion relationships" (see 5.1.3), "Mesh angles with a spindle and a black primary color plate" Example diagram (see 5.1.4), and technical requirements for "text size" (see 5.1.7.2.1 and 5.1.7.2.3);
